Globalización del capital, Estado nacional y crisis del universalismo político

Abstract

This article deals with political universalism, which has been altered and presently involves a new definition of contents. It proposes a praxis and political organization that transcend the framework of the National- -State, in the direction of other institutional structures. The dilemmas which appear in this historical period are analysed in the context of globalization of capital; the chaotic global economic order; racism, nationalism and chauvinism; the limitations of national sovereignty, etc.
