RESUMO
Este trabalho analisa os impactos da Crise Financeira Global sobre os debates em torno das reformas da arquitetura financeira internacional. Argumenta-se que ainda não há evidências claras de que, desta vez, haveria um novo consenso forte o suficiente para alterar o equilíbrio de poder entre o setor financeiro a “economia real”. Nesse sentido, é difícil imaginarem-se reformas ao estilo Bretton Woods.

Reforming the international financial architecture after the Global Financial Crisis
ABSTRACT
This paper analyses the impacts of the Global Financial Crisis in the debate about the reforms of the international financial architecture. It is argued that there is no clear evidence, until now, that this time will be different, that is, with the emergence of a new consensus with enough power to radically change the balance of power between the financial sector and the “real world” economy. In this particular regard it is difficult to imagine reforms in the spirit of the Bretton Woods Agreement.
