Transformações teórico-metodológicas em análises econômicas recentes de problemas ambientais: evidências de um novo marco na economia do meio ambiente?
Resumo
Throughout the period of its constitution as a field of economic analysis,
Environmental Economics has received contributions from other economic
academic areas, especially from Microeconomics, whose premises have
allowed it to develop an approach both for interpretation of environmental
problems and for the formulation of Instruments to support public
intervention. Recent developments observed in economic analysis of the
environment have showed an assimilation not only of the advances in
Microeconomics (such as informational problems), but also of the
increased comprehension about the nature of environmental problems
(such as theirs diffuse and global character). This article describes how
these advances are being incorporated by recent studies in Environmental
Economics and discusses in which extend can this incorporation be
understood as a new mark in this analysis area.
