Impacto na relação Brasil-Bolívia, com a nacionalização dos hidrocarbonetos bolivianos, em 2006

Abstract

The main goal of this article is to understand the crisis between Bolivia and Brazil, represented by the oil company Petrobrás. We focus on the regulatory changes in the Bolivian oil and gas exploration and production law in the country after the hydrocarbons’ nationalization in May 2006, despite the interests of the international players, including the Brazilian ones, and all the agreements signed before the election of Evo Morales, during the period of market openess.
