O desempenho das finanças públicas estaduais em 2011

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the performance of public finance in Rio Grande do Sul during 2011, the first year of Tarso’s Government, when several measures to increase revenues and rationalize spending were referred. It was concluded that even though it was a very difficult year, due to the ICMS worse performance and the increased spending, the measures had an actual effect on public accounts.
