- Comments about the papers by Frederick Buttel and by Pascal Byé and Maria Fonte, the first published in this issue of" Ensaios FEE" and the last in the previous one. Observations are made about theoretical, political, and ethical aspects, as well as about organizative and scientific models and public research, among other subjects. These comments are a part of the intervention of this author in the Rome Fórum on Biotechnology.
