- Abstract
- This work presents the results of the Constitutional Financing Funds for the North, Northeast and Center-West regions. The purpose is to identify the spatial and sectorial allocation of the investments, verifying whether they are distributed among the municipalities of smaller size and less diversified economic structure, or, in contrast, directed towards those larger in size and more economically diversified. In the same manner, it analyzes the destination of those investments from a sectorial viewpoint, and according to the beneficiary’s importance. The idea is to ascertain if the financings are prioritarily distributed — by number of transactions and by their value — to the smaller enterprises, as reported in their objectives.
