O planejamento estadual em Santa Catarina de 1955 a 2002

Abstract: The objective of this text is to argue the politics of development in Santa Catarina by means of the state planning from 1955 to 2002. The text is divided in four parts. Initially an introduction will be made discoursing on the new standard of growth that emerges in Santa Catarina from 1962 commanded by the great industrial and agro-industrial capital and for the State; in second place it will be pointed the structural deficiencies that strangled the catarinense industry in years 50; after that the 2002 will be analyzed the plans of 1955 government approaching the investments in transport, energy, telephony and in the system of credit, divided in four periods: approach to the politics of development (1955-1960), politics of development (1961-1978), continuation of a age (1979- -1990) and the liberal return (after-1990). And finally, will be made a general analysis of the politics of development in Santa Catarina.
