- Abstract
- This author discusses biotechnology from the standpoint of a researcher that does not belong to the sector. He starts from the general question of the Rome Forum: "Are we witnessing an evolution or a revolution in technology?" and then examines the levels and modes of usage of the innovations and the incentives to innovate in capitalist economies.
