- Resumo
- The uncertainty being experienced internationally regarding the future development of the world's economy, the evidence that the internationalization of economies is nothing but a new, sophisticated way of accumulation of global economic power by which the peripheral areas remain more and more excluded and, therefore, with deteriorated levels of development, and the perception, clearly evident, that the present way of approaching development prevailing at the global level and being applied to developing countries, is suffering a strong fracture, suggest the need to explore new theoretical and political possibilities to continue searching in globalization for a more adequate road to development. Probably a more Creative effort around elaboration of our own and crossed visions of endogenous development, of evolutionist theories, among others, having as the central axis of reflection and reseach the cultural factor in relationship to development and the construction of the future, will be the new orientation to give oxygen and open new theoretical possibilities about development in Colombia and Latin America. This paper is an incipient contribution in that direction and its elaboration is considered to be the initial stage of construction.
