- After reminding the origins, principles and elements of a new definition for the International informal sector, the paper shows the signs of Inexorable growing of this sector In the African continent in the last two decades. Describing informalization as not necessarily synonymous with marginality, the author works out the level and evolution of the salaries and other wages, as well as the issue of accumulation in the referred informal sector.
