- The aim of this article is to show a sectorial and locational view about brazilian trade with other countries of Mercosul, starting from imports and exports list of foods. The main conclusions can be divided in four parts: 1) There a predominant presence of some kinds of goods ou groups of them in the trade list and, there is consequently a strong presence of some productive sectors in this trade. 2) The sectorial structures define the intra block trade pattern. 3) The trade sectorial structure reflects in the productive structure of countries' regions. 4) The countries' regions take part in the intra block trade of different ways.
