The economic advantages that Brazil has obtained through its industrialization process in the Post-World War H period, the stabilization programs and structural changes adopted by neo-liberal policies as well as the changings that are taking place In the world economy are manifestations of the techno-economic paradigm of economic development based on the information technology.
