Estado, regulação e fiscalidade: uma abordagem introdutória

Resumen

The main purpose of this article is to discuss some theoretical aspects of fiscal policy and the State in the Regulation Approach. The first part studies in few words the fiscal question in the economic theory since Adam Smith. The second part describes some concepts of the State and the last part discusses the relation between State and fiscal policy.
