Abstract

This paper tries to render questions about the agroecological practice, particularly in what refers to its potential to transform the social through a movement capable of provoking deeper changes in production and life patterns in agriculture and in the society. Besides presenting and discussing its limitations, this paper also brings questions about the potentialities of agroecology as a social movement.
