Economia, tecnologia e meio ambiente: comentários sobre aspectos positivos e normativos da Economia do Meio Ambiente

Abstract

Environmental Economics has been identified in several environmental policy conferences as the instrument making to solve environmental problems. The purpose of this paper is to discuss, from an epistemological standpoint, the conventional economic interpretation of the decision-making universes on environment and technical change. A contrasting test of the decision-making universes, based on stylized facts, sheds light on conventional interpretation’s positive and normative restrictions.
