Industrialiation process in Brazil: a review from the dynamic of brazilian duality

This text raises some considerations about the industrialization process in Brazil. We describe the industrialization and the organization of the Brazilian space connected to the expansive and recessive stages of the global economy, from the perspective of Kondratieff and Juglar cycles, as well a the power pacts set in the country. We consider Ignácio Rangel analysis about the Brazilian economy, having as parameter the dynamics of Brazilian duality and the proposal of a revival of economic growth based on planning and the principle of concession of public services to the private sector. That means the transfer of resources from companies that have surplus productive capacity towards economic sectors that need investments. Thus, the text analyses the Brazilian historical and economic context accepting the industrial development and evolution, the state action and the current repercussions for the Brazilian economy.
