A empresa face à globalização da economia

Abstract

This text deals with a change of horizon, where a new international organization and the ascent of a wordly economy takes place, which also gets the name of globalization. This change of horizon is a new challenge for the firms and the states. In this text the mechanisms of globalization (first part) and, immediately after, the behaviours and strategies which allow the firms to adapt advantageously to this new context (second part) are examined.
