Abstract

The transformations of the technologic-scientific, productive anda cultural basis of "advanced" socioeconomies, resulting from accelerated differentiation processes, economic and political-strategic diversification and recomposition, lead us to the threshold of a mutation in civilization. This paper is about this subject, basing itself on two axles: political-strategic heterarchy and technological-productive heterotopia.
