Abstract

This paper intends to describe the modernization of the beef cattle production in Brazil The technological aspects are observed as well as those related do the formation of prices in the beef cattle related markets. The political, financial, technological influences are considered. At last the influences of governamental or market stimulus are analised in order to explain the occured transformation.
