O solo criado como instrumento da reforma urbana: uma avaliação do seu impacto na dinâmica urbana

Abstract

This paper presents some arguments on the possibilities, limits and consequences of the use of "solo criado" as an instrument for urban reform. The text begins with a brief summary about the international and national experiences on the matter, and then makes an evaluation of its impacts on the housing market and on the social-spacial structure of cities.
