Abstract

This paper analyses both the changes taking place in the Mexican oil industrial policy and the reformulation that the Mexican Oil Enterprise (PEMEX) is going through due to the local and international investiments liberation by private enterprises in the oil sector, considering the Free Trade Agreement that México is negotiating with Canada and the United States of America.
