Abstract

This work is centered on the problem of the technical changes and work management in economic segments of the traditional technology. In a broader sense toward the internationalization of the economy, in the paper one notes, specifically, the behavior of the key technical changes and of work management that is within the footwear and the furniture industries in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil and even worldwide terms.
