"Novas" tecnologias, "novo" paradigma tecnológico ou "nova" regulação: a procura do "novo"

Resumo

Recent theoretical discussion among neoschumpeterians resemble to some extent that among French Regulation School authors. This paper shows that the "new technological paradigm" of the former as well as the new "regulation approach" emphasize the importance of institutional aspects. It maintains that t h is point is actually the "novelty" brought by the two approaches, although conceptual differences between them still persist.
