Migrações internas: os conceitos básicos frente à realidade da última década

Resumo

In order to understand the population movements in Brazil, this paper intends to discuss some current conceptual models in demography and sociology of migrations, considering the deep changes occurred recently. Dealing with the main concepts of demography, the paper also identifies the contribution of the sociological approach to the analysis of brazilian migrations.
