Agroindústrias e lutas sociais (a complexidade das lutas sociais em torno do valor do produto)

Resumo

Based on an analysis of the relationship between agribusiness and small and medium-sized producers in Rio Grande do Sul, the authors study the changes in the processes of production within some branches of the state's agricultural sector, as well as the social conflicts those changes generate. They use a methodological approach in which the relationship between agribusiness and agricultural producers is perceived as a complex social relation, comprising economic and non-economic dimensions that must be reconstituted.
